What happens to old books that no one wants? An elderly woman cleans out an apartment of a deceased person. She empties bookshelves, goes through old photographs, and throws aged greeting cards into the trash. Elsewhere, a worker starts his day by gathering piles of books. Time goes by; moments pass; books invite the reader along on their final journey. This is a short documentary about books, cyclicality, and accepting death.
