Jaan Toomik
Jaan Toomik (1961) is an Estonian video artist, painter and award-winning filmmaker, often described as the most widely acknowledged Estonian contemporary artist on the international scene. He has participated in several major exhibitions such as the São Paulo Biennale (1994), ARS '95 (1995), Manifesta 1 (1996), the international Venice Biennale (1997; 2003), the 4th Berlin Biennale of Contemporary Art (2006), etc.
