THIS IS SHORT is a new European streaming portal which will be active from April 1 to June 30, 2021—with the goal of creating an online festival experience and making the programs of four prestigious film festivals accessible.

The program consists of several hundred high-profile short films and live videos in six categories, each available online for specific intervals. The individual programs of the four festivals are only accessible on the scheduled dates of the festivals. All films on THIS IS SHORT are shown without regional restrictions* and in their original version with subtitles.

Both passes allow access to the full range of services over three months. Individual tickets for films or programs cannot be purchased.

You will receive an email confirmation. Please verify your email address and create your own account.**
As soon as your account is created, you can purchase your festival pass in the next step—via EPS bank transfer, Giropay, iDEAL, Maestro, Mybank, PayPal, Przelewy24 or Visa Mastercard.
You will receive an email confirmation of your payment and the receipt (as PDF).

From April 1, 00:01, you will have full access to THIS IS SHORT and, during the respective festival periods, to all four festivals with your email address and password.

* Individual films may be exempt from this rule. Within the framework of each festival, other rules may apply to individual films or programs. This is the responsibility of the respective festival.

** If you already have an account at one or more of the four festivals, it will remain valid. A registration at THIS IS SHORT is nevertheless required to buy a pass.

THIS IS SHORT is een nieuw Europees streaming platform dat van 1 april tot en met 30 juni 2021 actief is en als doel heeft om een online festivalbeleving te bieden en de programma’s van vier toonaangevende filmfestivals toegankelijk te maken.

Het programma bestaat uit enkele honderden spraakmakende korte films en live-video’s in zes categorieën, ieder online beschikbaar voor een specifieke periode. De individuele programma’s van de vier festivals zijn uitsluitend beschikbaar op de geplande data van deze festivals. Alle films op THIS IS SHORT worden vertoond zonder geografische beperkingen* en in de originele versie met ondertiteling.

Vul je e-mailadres in.
Je ontvangt nu een bevestiging per e-mail. Verifieer je e-mailadres en maak vervolgens een account aan.**
Nadat je account is aangemaakt, kun je een pas kopen - via EPS overschrijving, Giropay, iDEAL, Maestro, Mybank, PayPal, Przelewy24 of Visa Mastercard.
Je ontvangt een e-mail met de bevestiging van de betaling en een factuur (als PDF).

Als je vragen hebt met betrekking tot de passen, of als er problemen zijn met het aanschaffen van een pas, bijvoorbeeld als je geen e-mails ontvangt, neem dan contact op met support@thisisshort.com.

* Er kan een uitzondering gelden op deze regel voor individuele films. Binnen het kader van elk festival kunnen andere regels gelden voor films of programma’s. Dit valt onder de verantwoordelijkheid van het betreffende festival.

** Indien je al een account hebt bij één of meerdere van de vier festival, blijft deze geldig. Registratie voor THIS IS SHORT is desondanks toch nodig om gebruik te kunnen maken van de pas.

THIS IS SHORT ist ein neues europäisches Streaming-Portal, das vom 1. April bis 30. Juni 2021 aktiv sein wird – mit dem Ziel, ein Online-Festivalerlebnis zu kreieren und dabei die Programme von vier renommierten Filmfestivals zugänglich zu machen.

Das Programm besteht aus mehreren hundert hochkarätigen Kurzfilmen und Live-Videos in sechs Kategorien, die jeweils für bestimmte Zeiträume online verfügbar sind. Die jeweiligen Programme der vier Festivals sind nur zu den geplanten Terminen der Festivals zugänglich. Alle Filme auf THIS IS SHORT werden ohne regionale Einschränkung* und in Originalfassung mit Untertiteln gezeigt.

Per E-Mail kommen die Bestätigung der Zahlung und der Beleg in den Posteingang.

** Wenn Sie bereits einen Account bei einem oder mehreren der vier Festivals haben, bleibt dieser gültig. Eine Anmeldung bei THIS IS SHORT ist jedoch erforderlich, um den Pass zu kaufen.

THIS IS SHORT to nowa europejska platforma streamingowa, która będzie aktywna od 1 kwietnia do 30 czerwca 2021. Celem projektu jest poszerzenie doświadczenia festiwalu online oraz umożliwienie dostępu do czterech prestiżowych festiwali filmowych.

Na platformie znajdą się setki wysokiej jakości filmów krótkometrażowych i dedykowanych im materiałów video podzielonych na sześć kategorii, dostępnych w różnych przedziałach czasowych. Indywidualne programy 4 festiwali filmowych będą dostępne w ich oficjalnych datach. Wszystkie filmy na THIS IS SHORT są prezentowane bez geoblokad*, w oryginalnej wersji językowej z napisami angielskimi. Wybrane programy będą posiadały także napisy w języku polskim, holenderskim i niemieckim.

* Wybrane filmy mogą podlegać ograniczeniom regionalnym. W trakcie trwania każdego z czterech festiwali filmowych, różne zasady mogą być stosowane w odniesieniu do wybranych filmów lub programów. Obowiązek informowania o tych zasadach spoczywa na indywidualnych festiwalach.
