Where can I find information about the films and film programs?
The program consists of several sections that present films either individually or combined as film programs. Each section has its own page on which you can see all the films or programs listed. If you click on a program, you will find all the films in the program. If you click on a film, you will find detailed information about the film.

Are the films subtitled?
All films on the platform are presented in their original version with English subtitles (if the spoken language is not English). If available, subtitles in other languages will be included as well.

How many times can I watch a film or a program?
As often as you like. However, please note that some films might only be available on the platform for a certain period of time. So make sure you watch them before they are no longer available.

Am I able to download the films to my computer?
No, you can only stream the films directly on our platform.

I'm having trouble loading the films. What can I do?
We use Kinescope (kinescope.io) to show the films. If films don't load quickly or buffer midstream, there may be a problem with the streaming quality or the internet speed. To solve this problem, check your internet connection, or try lowering the quality of the stream.

Can I stream films to my TV?
Yes, that’s possible with an online connection, for example via Chromecast or AirPlay. You have to stream every film to your TV individually. If you stream via your phone, make sure that your iPhone or Android phone is fully up to date with the latest software.
